First time using Freddie’s Flowers & I was a bit dubious as to what I would receive when signing up to a subscription, however I got my order today and already can’t wait for my next order in 2 weeks!
Flowers are fresh and all wrapped with care, you receive a wonderfully illustrated flower arranging leaflet, something I have never seen before. The work these guys do, not only delivering the best flowers, but also providing detailed care instruction, flower names, and random facts about the flowers is high class! Thank you Freddie’s 🥰

Flowers arrived fresh and bloomed overnight after I put them in water with specific powder given. There are also instructions on how to organise them which is useful as I don't have any previous experience. Packaging is also thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers. I got it half price with a free vase and this is such a good deal. 100% recommend Freddie Flowers if you want to brighten your day or cheer your friend up.

Terrible experience waiting in all morning for flowers that they never tried to deliver.
Customer service absolutely abysmal and bordering on rude. The delivery driver has taken a picture of their own hand and recorded the item as delivered.
Apparently nothing customer services can do to help me understand where it’s been left and nothing they can do to get me the flowers I ordered today. Absolutely avoid.

ve absolutely loved my experience with Freddie’s Flowers! The blooms arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, showing real care in their selection. The packaging was thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers while still looking elegant and eco-friendly. What truly stood out was their customer service — warm, attentive, and always quick to help with any queries. It’s such a joy receiving a bouquet from them, and you can genuinely feel the love and care that goes into every delivery. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Blooms

It’s the first time I have used Freddie’s Flowers and I was delighted with the flowers sent as a Mother’s Day gift, more importantly so was Mum. Fresh and beautiful, delivered on time on Mothers Day.

Our Son set up a surprise…

Our Son set up a surprise subscription.. they flowers are so beautiful..last for ages, sometimes well over 2 wks. The pale pink roses are enormous and I can smell them all over the house.
A subscription is such a lovely gift

I love having my delivery

I love having my delivery! I’m on my 3rd box and every delivery has been lovely! The flowers last weeks! My first box lasted nearly 6 weeks, my delivery this week are beautiful, the flowers last stunning! Thank you!

Freddie’s Fantastic Flowers

After years of being disappointed with flowers from other delivery companies, we found Freddie’s at the Manchester Indoor Flower Show. I have ordered for myself and family members and everyone has been delighted with the blooms received. The service is excellent and the flowers last for ages. I shall not be looking elsewhere again.

Fantastic customer service

I have used Freddie’s flowers twice now for gifts for people after receiving some myself as a gift.
The first time I had absolutely no issues and the flowers were beautiful.
Today I ordered some for a friend and I had an issue with my coupon code being applied. I left a message on the online chat and was told I would get an email back. Within an hour I had a response with the issue rectified. Customer service is amazing. Thank you.

The flowers were not in the best of…

The flowers were not in the best of condition when they arrived.
The box wad damaged and open.

I LOVE Freddie’s flowers

I LOVE Freddie’s flowers, not only for the longevity of the flowers but the stunning variety you get. There are so many tropical options. I really like that everything is plastic free and beneficial for the environment. I was only introduced to Freddie flowers by a lovely lady on my way to work earlier this year.

Amazing flowers

I have been using Freddie's flowers for quite a while now, the flowers are always amazing quality, always look gorgeous and last very well. The flexibility to view what is upcoming on the subscription service and ability to skip bunches is great too. I love them!!

Never had a bad bunch of flowers

Never had a bad bunch of flowers! They last so much longer than any other bunches & remain looking great.
Had a few issues with deliveries (on the courier side) & they have always been instantly sorted. I only ever buy Freddie’s Flowers now!

I received my first delivery today. The communication was good. The delivery was as promised. The packaging is secure and the flowers arrived in good condition. I will continue with the subscription to see if the experience is consistent. So far... I'm very pleased

Fresh floral fun!

I really look forward to receiving my box of Freddie’s flowers and I love learning about how to arrange them to look their best. They last really well and I have learnt how to cut them down and display them once some of them start to fade. A great floral experience!

Fantastic 1st bouquet & vase gave to a friend who…

1st bouquet & vase gave to a friend who has recently had heart surgery & she loved them, 2nd i kept for myself, beautiful & lasted over 2 weeks, 3rd delivery was sent to my mum on mothers day, arrived on time & also beautiful - she loved the amasing blooms & vibrant colours.
