First time using Freddie’s Flowers & I was a bit dubious as to what I would receive when signing up to a subscription, however I got my order today and already can’t wait for my next order in 2 weeks!
Flowers are fresh and all wrapped with care, you receive a wonderfully illustrated flower arranging leaflet, something I have never seen before. The work these guys do, not only delivering the best flowers, but also providing detailed care instruction, flower names, and random facts about the flowers is high class! Thank you Freddie’s 🥰

Flowers arrived fresh and bloomed overnight after I put them in water with specific powder given. There are also instructions on how to organise them which is useful as I don't have any previous experience. Packaging is also thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers. I got it half price with a free vase and this is such a good deal. 100% recommend Freddie Flowers if you want to brighten your day or cheer your friend up.
Terrible experience waiting in all morning for flowers that they never tried to deliver.
Customer service absolutely abysmal and bordering on rude. The delivery driver has taken a picture of their own hand and recorded the item as delivered.
Apparently nothing customer services can do to help me understand where it’s been left and nothing they can do to get me the flowers I ordered today. Absolutely avoid.

We ordered the make a splash bouquet and the stems arrived all bent and the bouquet was in a sorry state. Not worth the £35, let alone £5…

I love the sustainability aspect
I love the sustainability aspect, the paper packaging and string etc. It’s lovely to support a UK business which really cares about its product. We love getting the advice about arranging the flowers. I now always use Freddie’s for one-off gifts. Last time my mum had to split them between two vases. She was delighted.

Charged Despite Cancelling
Charged Despite Cancelling.
There are only two ways to cancel a subscription to Freddie's Flowers. By email to: Freddie AT FreddiesFlowers.com or by calling 0208 396 6696. I add the information here, as it is hidden within the FAQs so it's a faff to find to begin with.
I sent an email to cancel my membership with immediate effect on 7/04/25. Despite requesting confirmation of this, I did not hear anything further.
A week later I have been charged for the subscription.
Unfortunately due to it being "one of those days", my phone provider has failed, and so I can't even call to complain and have to resort once again to email, which does not leave me with a good feeling!
All round poor service and customer care.

Fabulous flowers!
I have Freddie’s flowers regularly and always look forward to their arrival. They never fail to bring me joy. Friends often comment how lovely they are and how different from any you would buy at the shops. In bud on arrival and gradually opening to their full splendour. Usually lasting three weeks and occasionally up to four or more. On the very odd occasion when there has been a problem with delivery or quality of flowers the customer service team have dealt with and sorted the issue speedily and pleasantly.

These flower deliveries are such great value for money. I have a delivery every three weeks and the flowers always last beyond these times, even roses.

Freddie’s flowers are beautiful and long lasting, easy to use website and calendar. Great offers and wonderful displays.
Our Mother’s Day bunch is still in bloom! When they arrive sometimes they look “tired” but once placed in water and flower food added they turn into the most beautiful displays!
