First time using Freddie’s Flowers & I was a bit dubious as to what I would receive when signing up to a subscription, however I got my order today and already can’t wait for my next order in 2 weeks!
Flowers are fresh and all wrapped with care, you receive a wonderfully illustrated flower arranging leaflet, something I have never seen before. The work these guys do, not only delivering the best flowers, but also providing detailed care instruction, flower names, and random facts about the flowers is high class! Thank you Freddie’s 🥰

Flowers arrived fresh and bloomed overnight after I put them in water with specific powder given. There are also instructions on how to organise them which is useful as I don't have any previous experience. Packaging is also thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers. I got it half price with a free vase and this is such a good deal. 100% recommend Freddie Flowers if you want to brighten your day or cheer your friend up.
Terrible experience waiting in all morning for flowers that they never tried to deliver.
Customer service absolutely abysmal and bordering on rude. The delivery driver has taken a picture of their own hand and recorded the item as delivered.
Apparently nothing customer services can do to help me understand where it’s been left and nothing they can do to get me the flowers I ordered today. Absolutely avoid.
ve absolutely loved my experience with Freddie’s Flowers! The blooms arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, showing real care in their selection. The packaging was thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers while still looking elegant and eco-friendly. What truly stood out was their customer service — warm, attentive, and always quick to help with any queries. It’s such a joy receiving a bouquet from them, and you can genuinely feel the love and care that goes into every delivery. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Bouquet
I sent the flowers to my daughter who was absolutely delighted with her beautiful bouquet. She said they were the nicest flowers that she’d ever received. 😍

My mum can’t stop raving about how gorgeous the bouquet was … and about how long it lasted. Thrilled to bits. Thanks Freddie!

Great flowers, terrible customer service
I used the service between 2022 and 2023, and I loved the flowers! The packaging is carefully made, the flowers are packed safely, and they even do lessons to help you arrange them. However I ended up cancelling because I kept getting flower deliveries before I needed them: this is the only subscription service I’ve ever used that DOESN’T send you a reminder before your next order’s cutoff date.
I resuscribed in late 2024 because one of their team members called and said they’d put a new system in place that would notify me of upcoming deliveries before the cutoff date. However, as of April 2025 not only have I never received those notifications, but after speaking with a different team member it’s clear to me this system was never in place. I find this pretty disingenuous and misleading, and no longer trust their brand.
edit: Thanks to the Freddie's Flowers team for replying. I have received the fortnightly preview, however it simply shows the arrangements that will be sent over the next 2 weeks. It doesn't factor in customers who don't have weekly deliveries, or customers who have skipped an upcoming delivery (eg. if I've skipped the next delivery, the preview will still show it). Although informative somewhat, this email is not really a personalised notification of upcoming deliveries. I'll continue to update this review as our conversation develops.

Absolutely delighted …
I absolutely adore flowers in my house just for me and I also send flowers as gifts…I’ve tried letterbox flowers-local florists..a lady who buys from London based at Quex Park locally which are lovely when I can catch her on the right day…but at Broadstairs Food Festival on 18/4/25 I spoke with a man from Freddie’s Flowers and I signed up for a monthly subscription as I’m fed up buying flowers that don’t last etc. I am absolutely delighted with my delivery as promised. The box..the details and advice on the leaflets..the fun drawings and descriptions..every inch of the box has been used to help. The nets covering the blooms..the brown paper/ string natural wrapping and oh my the flowers! Our first box delivered to the neighbour by mistake( delivery co. Not Freddie’s error who apologised and sent another bouquet immediately!) Luckily we retrieved the missing box and I was like an excited child I know but they were such beautiful blooms and fresh and as promised. I used the arranging advice which was good fun and helped me try something new..I can’t thank you enough and I got to arrange the second box the next day all over again! I’m so excited for next month… atlast Ive found a reliable source to keep my home full of fresh flowers. Cannot recommend enough and if I can post pics I will do 💐

Flowers arrived rather dry and didn't last
Flowers arrived rather dry, probably because the base of the stem was just paper bulked rather then moisture wrapped (which is what I'm used to). Loved the box, picture and reverse flower arranging instructions. The song recommend was also a nice touch. The request to leave the box for collection on the next delivery is such a great idea but was sadly missed as it was too small.
I was disappointed with the amount of the blooms in my first order... 3x Roses 2x Alstroemeria 2x Lillies and 3x stems of star chrysanthemum. Also some low cost architectural foliage. This is too few stems of nothing especially special (Lillies and chrysanth are relatively cheap flowers on the market) for a price tag of £26.00. In comparison to another delivery company with a price tag of £40.00 I got 5x Roses 4x other varieties of blooms and then foliage. Those blooms are also moisture wrapped and are currently out-lasting my Freddie's ones which did five days before drooping and browning.
The vase that I got as part of my discounted subscription with Freddie's is what lifts the flowers to extravagance. It's amazing and I was surprised how beautiful my few flowers looked because of it. The video instructions were excellent, especially if your arrangement is going to be in the centre of a table. Not so great if it's going to be corner display. Also, the vase illusion only works for a day or two because losing an inch every few days means they bunch at vase neck and don't look so impressive.
Overall, my opinion is that Freddie's pricing doesn't equate for what you get in terms of flowers and longevity. I'd rather pay a bit more for quality and quantity. That said I'd still be happy if I received a bunch.

Another bad experience with Freddie’s Flowers…
Having had a bad experience with flowers arriving wilted twice, I was contacted by Sarosh who arranged a bouquet to be sent to my home as an apology. This was booked and confirmed by email. “I can confirm that a Showstopper bouquet will be arriving on the 18th of April. Please let me know if there are any issues with this and I will get them amended for you as soon as possible.”
No bouquet arrived on18th April. I telephoned customer service and was told it had indeed been delivered but when I said that my cameras showed otherwise I was told that Sarosh would call me. Another apology - DPD could not deliver on Good Friday but the flowers would arrive on Saturday 19th in the afternoon. No flowers were delivered leaving me scrambling around on Easter Sunday to find flowers somewhere before my guests arrive for Easter lunch.
Such a disappointing experience.

Charming guy with lots to offer…
We met Arthur at Broadstairs food festival, charming guy with a really nice manner and not pushy at all. Looking forward to receiving our first delivery next Monday and hoping the flowers will reflect Arthur's descriptions of Freddies flowers.

Simple order and delivery process, beautiful flowers
Living in London, I’ve seen the branded flower delivery bicycles, so when I wanted to send some flowers to a friend, to brighten their day after the loss of their beloved dog, I had a shop around, and Freddie’s was in my top 3 choices, the price of flowers were surprisingly affordable, I found a bunch that I liked, the accompanying card design options were also pretty and a nice touch. The flowers were delivered on time and posted through the post box. I will be back if I ever want to send any more flowers. A really well designed website to use, simple and easy, as sending flowers should be! Also love supporting a British company!

Freddie's Flowers are very impressive
Freddie's Flowers are very impressive. Their bouquet's are full of amazing flowers and colours. Great to have the steps to flower arrange in your own vase too. I love that they recycle the old boxes. Customer service is also very helpful if you need to call.

Extremely disappointing bunch of tulips…
Extremely disappointing bunch of tulips arrived for Mother’s Day. All withered within 5 days. Kindly replaced with a second bunch - excellent customer service- but exactly the same poor quality and short lived flowers. Such a shame. I would not recommend. I love tulips and know they can last for over a week and become more wonderful as they gain a life of their own. Sadly Freddies Flowers were dreadful.

Appalling service
First of all, I must say the flowers that arrived were beautiful, however, the service has been appalling. Due to a change in my financial circumstances I requested to cancel on the 31st March 2025. I received no response and chased this up 4 times. They charged me £48.50 then 2 payments of £27.40, a total of £103.40. They came back to me after 10 days and apologised for the error, cancelled the subscription and provided a full refund which I appreciate. However, they have since attempted to take another payment of £27.40. I have contacted my bank to stop the payments as Freddies Flowers clearly cannot be trusted which is a shame. Daylight robbery.

Exeptional Customer Care
I have been receiving flowers from Freddie's for years and this month is the only time I have an issue with my delivery. When I reported the matter it was dealt with swiftly and with courtesey, and replacement flowers sent within 48 hours. I then received a follow up call to ask if I have received them and if everything was OK.

Absolute joke
Absolute joke of a a company.
Taking people's money for field flowers a child could pick. £30 for the most shocking bouquet I've ever seen, half of the flowers died after two days.
Why not let people freely cancel their deliveries on website? Because they wait for you to forget and then remind you they are sending you flowers after the cut off period where you cant change it and then they freely take money for flowers you didnt want!
