First time using Freddie’s Flowers & I was a bit dubious as to what I would receive when signing up to a subscription, however I got my order today and already can’t wait for my next order in 2 weeks!
Flowers are fresh and all wrapped with care, you receive a wonderfully illustrated flower arranging leaflet, something I have never seen before. The work these guys do, not only delivering the best flowers, but also providing detailed care instruction, flower names, and random facts about the flowers is high class! Thank you Freddie’s 🥰

Flowers arrived fresh and bloomed overnight after I put them in water with specific powder given. There are also instructions on how to organise them which is useful as I don't have any previous experience. Packaging is also thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers. I got it half price with a free vase and this is such a good deal. 100% recommend Freddie Flowers if you want to brighten your day or cheer your friend up.
Terrible experience waiting in all morning for flowers that they never tried to deliver.
Customer service absolutely abysmal and bordering on rude. The delivery driver has taken a picture of their own hand and recorded the item as delivered.
Apparently nothing customer services can do to help me understand where it’s been left and nothing they can do to get me the flowers I ordered today. Absolutely avoid.

My order was missing one type of flower, so I reached out to customer service with a pic, explaining the problem. The response was swift and they were so understanding. Not very impressive, but fantastic customer service
Nice flowers, but don't think they are worth the cost! Lots of greenery and only a few flowers. Very overpriced and very disappointed. I paid £13 as i had a special offer, but they should of been £26. Very overpriced for the amount of flowers you received.
I have tried to cancel my subscription but heard nothing back.
I would like to add to my initial review. Although i expressed my initial disappointment of the flowers, their customer service is outstanding. I received a full refund for my flowers, and then Caitlin called me to talk about my experience, and then sent me another bunch. You dont often see such a high level of customer service anymore and Freddies flowers is at the top of my list. Very impressive.

Gorgeous bouquet, I particularly like the carefully netted soft magnum blooms… chrysanthemum. I phoned customer care after I had my Mother’s Day bouquet for a week, with a query, and I received the most fabulous customer care I have ever had from a company, due to quality of flowers, particularly the soft magnum blooms, the chrysanthemums, and customer care, I would definitely highly recommend Freddie’s Flowers above all other flower delivery services. 3 days ago I wrote a scathing 1 star review. However, I do think Freddie’s Flowers have genuinely tried to get to the bottom of the problem and recompensed even though they really didn’t have to, as the fault of delivery was on our side with a right address and wrong postcode! The quality issues in recent bouquets remains to improve and I hope it does. On this occasion their response has been both speedy and positive. It is important that customers are valued, but equally that the customer admits when they’re at fault too.

Slow Bloomer
I ordered the Petals & Pyjamas Classic bouquet for Mother’s Day, they were delivered the day before. The eucalyptus and roses were in bloom from the offset and perked up nicely once in water. However l, the lilies took a week for the first one to start opening. Unfortunately the other flowers are not as pert when the lilies finally open.
A nice bouquet with nice aroma. A shame all flowers aren’t at their peak at the same time.

Highest quality flowers I've ever had!
Once the flowers came back to life after being out of water for a little while in the box, they looked magnificent. Such amazing quality! I ordered mine to be delivered on the week of mothers day (delivered on Tuesday as per where I live) and almost all of the flowers have lasted 3 weeks! Especially the lillies, they are divine. I can't wait for my next delivery on the 22nd April, which would have been my late dad's 69th birthday. The quality of these flowers have definitely exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to see the next bouquet!

Wilted and poor quality, never opened.
I received these flowers from someone who cared about me. The flowers were left on my doorstep. They were badly wilted. I managed to revive some of them but even the ones that survived never opened and died very quickly. I'm sure my loved ones meant to cheer me up but they are without doubt the worst flowers I have ever received. Didn't even last a couple of days. To open the box and find these sorry excuse for flowers inside was such an anticlimax. The thought behind them was lovely but the flowers themselves such a disappointment
Added after reading the reply: Thank you for responding. I'm reluctant to provide you with my information as I do not want the person who sent the flowers to know that these arrived in such poor condition as they would be so devastated. I do not have the order details as I was the recipient of the flowers. Your request for more information asks me for the reference number and does not give me the reassurance that the sender will not find out these flowers were so bad. It is very tricky to give feedback when you are the recipient of a gift. On the one hand you want the sender to know how bad they were as you don't want them to use you again, on the other hand you don't want to upset them by knowing they send you such a disappointing bouquet. Because it is the thought that counts I will never let them know. I guess this is probably the sentiment of many people who receive disappointing flowers.
