First time using Freddie’s Flowers & I was a bit dubious as to what I would receive when signing up to a subscription, however I got my order today and already can’t wait for my next order in 2 weeks!
Flowers are fresh and all wrapped with care, you receive a wonderfully illustrated flower arranging leaflet, something I have never seen before. The work these guys do, not only delivering the best flowers, but also providing detailed care instruction, flower names, and random facts about the flowers is high class! Thank you Freddie’s 🥰

Flowers arrived fresh and bloomed overnight after I put them in water with specific powder given. There are also instructions on how to organise them which is useful as I don't have any previous experience. Packaging is also thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers. I got it half price with a free vase and this is such a good deal. 100% recommend Freddie Flowers if you want to brighten your day or cheer your friend up.

Terrible experience waiting in all morning for flowers that they never tried to deliver.
Customer service absolutely abysmal and bordering on rude. The delivery driver has taken a picture of their own hand and recorded the item as delivered.
Apparently nothing customer services can do to help me understand where it’s been left and nothing they can do to get me the flowers I ordered today. Absolutely avoid.

ve absolutely loved my experience with Freddie’s Flowers! The blooms arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, showing real care in their selection. The packaging was thoughtfully designed to protect the flowers while still looking elegant and eco-friendly. What truly stood out was their customer service — warm, attentive, and always quick to help with any queries. It’s such a joy receiving a bouquet from them, and you can genuinely feel the love and care that goes into every delivery. Highly recommend!

Always amazed at how long these flowers…

Always amazed at how long these flowers last! This is 3 weeks later and still looking great. We also enjoyed painting the box! :)

Beautiful Flowers Good Value too

Regularly buy flowers for my Daughter and they are always a delight for her to receive
Lots of fresh blooms which last 3-4 weeks
Excellent selection of flowers in each box and helpful tips for arrangement is well received
I use Freddie’s Flowers for other gifts too and they are always good value and arrive on time

Absolutely delighted with my flowers…

Absolutely delighted with my flowers and vase. Nearly half my flowers are still going strong after four weeks (!!!!) so I’ve bought some more roses to add to them. Loved the attention to detail on arrival. The flowers were very cool inside the beautifully presented box, keeping them nice and fresh. Especially loved the YouTube video showing me how to arrange the flowers too. Thanks Freddie!

Dead, broken flowers

I was so excited to try Freddie's Flowers but I'm super disappointed.. the first bunch of flowers I had were okay but sadly most of the buds never bloomed and they just died. I made sure to follow the instructions, trim the stems weekly and change the water etc.
The second bunch of flowers received were awful, they arrived pretty much dead, heads snapped off, floppy, and just a mess. I had hoped that they might liven back up after being looked after but no joy ☹️.
I'll be sticking with going and getting flowers from a florist.

the best at everything

I have been using Freddies Flowers for many years, since they started really, and now have converted my friends too - so I was very happy to receive some from my friend when I was recently unwell, and three weeks later the chrysanthemums are still looking good.
I would not use any other flower supplier and love that they now have the three price points. The best blooms, the best service and the best value for money. You simply must use them!!!!

Stunning flowers for a beautiful great neice

I ordered flowers for my great niece following a procedure in hospital. The flowers arrived on time, were beautiful and are lasting well. This month's flowers have been spectacular!

I can only really afford a bunch once a month - this month's have been spectacular! The bright robust yellow roses paired with the delicate other flowers and greenery make for a lovely balance- even my husband remarked on them!

Amazing quality and variety long lasting flowers

I love the fact that every 3 weeks I get a beautiful bunch of flowers delivered straight to my doorstep. The variety is always amazing and they last from one delivery to the next. What’s not to like? I also like that I can send flowers to friends for special occasions and know that they are going to be just as delighted to receive a quality gift. Thank you Freddie

Disappointed is an understatement and…

Disappointed is an understatement and judging by lots of recent reviews I’m not the only one. Flowers arrived extremely dry & wilted with some stems broken. Some of the flowers only lasted 2 days.

For the £35 price tag (which was heavily discounted) I’d expect them to last at least 2 weeks.

Mother’s Day Flowers

I ordered some flowers for mother's day. When they arrived my mum was over the moon. They have lasted the best part of three weeks. I am very impressed with the quality and style of the flowers. I will definitely be using Freddie's Flowers again.
